I think you can reverse the process on the app if it hasn't sold yet, or possibly via Google/Apple Wallet, can't remember. Forest doesn't seem to have sold out, they are still trying to flog GA+ packages, at least. So I wouldn't expect any confirmation that it has sold, yet. If it does, they send an email.
