Luiz is in a position we don't need.

We need a CB and forward.

With Swinkels going to Bristol Rovers, surely another CB is close. I'm beginning to wonder if our PSR position is worse than we thought.
It seems to be a never ending nightmare.
Just when we ‘think’ we are in good position, and then sell someone for millions of pounds of profit to make ourselves even better, it actually seems like we are worse!!

I wish football was about football and not economics.

Frankly embarrassing that we're fighting on three fronts, notably in the last 16 of the biggest club tournament in football and our manager is talking about hoping to get at least three players in less than three days to help us.

He'll play where we tell him to play!

WSL transfer window has closed, so if Luiz was going he'd have gone by now, unless they've split up.

Let's play the loan deal guessing game then....

Assuming we might actually have a chance of
loaning Asensio and Emery wanting him, that would give us, in his words a versatile player that could cover 10 and right wing if Rogers or Malen played up top. So he might be a goer now the bi-annual twerk for Felix has ceased.

You have to think we might be able to get the loan for Disasi over the line then. Is he cup tied? But that gives us centre back, and eventually Konsa right back coverage again.

Who do we want the 3rd loan to be? I'm going to go a late Dougie Luiz loan to free Tielemans further forward more often. Unlikely, but worth a punt.

I’d be delighted with Dougie coming back. Haven’t taken any notice of the other two but definitely the positions we need.

The Rashford talk is probably just him and his team realising they're 2 days away from him being stuck at Man Utd. They may well have been assuming there was a "big" team going to leap at the chance of signing him, and now Barca have basically laughed him off, he's stuck.

I'm sure just after he got the job Amorim tried to talk down the thing about Rashford flying off to the US during the international break. He was saying that maybe in the past the club itself hasn't been clear about things, or they needed to take more responsibility for the players, basically sounded like he was trying to take the focus off Rashford and allow things to blow over. It seems like things have deteriorated a lot since then. Rashford did that interview saying it was time for a change, and the 65 year old groundsmen has taken his place in the squad. Feels very much like an unfixable situation, and one Rashford and his team misjudged.

I'm alright with Felix cock-blocking Emery again, we need more of a proper 9 rather than a 10.

Where has this only loans thing come from?

Law reporting it- story on previous page

Referring to Asensio and Felix specifically. Not for every footballer on the planet.

Did i say it was for every player on the planet? Or was that just you?

The story says we are focusing mainly on loans rashford asensio and felix? Did you see anywhere in that story where law says we are looking at permanent  signings?
