Not sure about Felix at all , reminds me of the Coutinho saga plus we just got rid of Buendia who also seems a very similar player .
As for Duran I thought we'd said it's £100m minimum.

Buendia needs replacing , Id love Beana but Felix is only 25 isnt he ?

Not sure Buendia does need replacing really.  We've got Rogers, McGinn, Tielemans, Malen and Ramsey at a push who can play in that 'number 10'.  I would prefer us to address the right side if we are going to bring another attacking player in.

Can anyone explain what Felix has done to even be considered for a move? Not even sure why it’s being discussed- the club haven’t mentioned it have they?

His agent is Jorge Mendez, I think that probably answers it. He has or had a few clubs in his pocket. He's blown it at Athletico, Chelsea twice, Barca didn't go back for him. All on the back of one breakout season at Benfica as a kid.

It's the kind of signing Man United would make.

What's happening with Moreno at Forest. I don't watch them much but anytime I've checked, he doesn't seem to be playing much. Are we likely to bring him back in the summer? Is there a buy option/obligation in the loan deal?

It will be a miracle if he returned

That wasn't the frame of reference. All you have to prove for what? All I have to prove for what? I am not interested in convincing you to believe, and I am not claiming I can prove anything. I only make the point that absence of evidence is not proof of something not existing, and atheists can be a tad sanctimonious in not recognising this.

We can't see infrared, and only know it exists now due to science. However it was still real before it was discovered. Humans are limited. The world is full of things that could not have been known in the past but have been revealed to be fact now.

The only reason I commented at all was because someone that does believe got jumped on and lampooned. They were not trying to convince anyone of anything, just putting their belief out there. I am a Christian but would have defended a Muslim, Buddhist or other religious believer too.

Regards Felix not coming in the summer, I don't think he snubbed us. Wasn't it more the case we were not able to make an offer due to FFP.

There is no frame of reference needed for your first line:

You can just as easily sat that there is zero evidence to suggest God does not exist. You can't prove love exists either, but belief in it is almost universal. Some things require faith to believe in not proof.

For someone who claims to be so smart it's strange that you led with a complete logical fallacy. Proving the existence of a god (non-denominational at this point) is comparatively easy, you just need 1 miracle that can't be explained in any other way. Proving he doesn't exist is impossible by all practical means so no, you can't use that argument. Therefore, as I said, the only even remotely comparable argument is for a believer to not only prove a god exists but also to have irrefutable proof that it's the exact one they believe in.

Even then it's something that should be possible, if it's true.

As for the rest, millions of people haven't been killed. tortured and demonised over an argument about whether infrared exists.

Having belief is fine, but when you use that to do horrific things in the name of a supposedly omnibenevolent, omnipotent and omniscient god thne people that don't agree with you might have something to say about it.

Or are you just angling for a nobel prize in christian apologetics?

Where have I or anyone else in the discussion here tried to justify any 'horrific things'? The only demonising in the thread was of the poster that had the temerity to say they believed in God. The teachings of Jesus are totally incompatible with killing and torture.

I have no designs on winning anything for theology, it is well outside my area of expertise!

I am done discussing it here now, I am sure everyone is bored with the off topic stuff on the thread.

He’s gonna recreate Jesus’s feeding the five thousand trick with loaves and fish and run round the bull ring with the Nobel cup. You won’t be laughing then.

I have no quarrel with Tunnock's, but the Tea Cake shits all over the Caramel Log. I can't even believe they're sisters.

Oh jeezo…

1) Snowball
2) Caramel log
3) Caramel wafer
4) Teacake

All those failed moves and he still lands on his feet, makes you wonder how many lives he has left.

If Emery wants him Emry should have him, if that is what the boss thinks he can use to unlock this season, get him now, would anybody argue the point that we all know the one thing Emry is world class at  and that's getting the best out of a player that others have failed to do, he's been after him ever since he's been at Villa park, we have to have faith in his demands and needs for his plan, get him in.
No.
I've seen nothing to suggest that Felix would play in a way that complements the Emery approach. If Duran has to go, I'd look at bringing in Nkunku.

Amazingly the BBC gossip column suggests Nkunku’s value is now £70m.  I know its made up nonsense but making a profit on him would be a staggering bit of business by Chelsea.

Nkunku is a brilliant player who just hasn’t got off and running there.

He lost his place around the time he couldn’t play against us, and Nico Williams has done well for
them in that time, so he has to wait on the bench I guess.
