Pep obviously thinks Rodri will be back playing this season as he didn't remove him from the squad.

Waste of time as they'll be eliminated this month anyway.

Hmmm I doubt Malen is going to be best pleased.
This and have someone on ultra high wages in the changing room and issues start appearing.

Yes but I suppose we made some commitments to persuade them to come here.

Hopefully Malen will get to play in it next year with us  ;)

He needs to bust a bollock in the league and FA cup to ensure he does.

With the like of the 3 loans coming in i bet SUE actually thinks we could win the bloody thing  ;D

Not the greatest vote of confidence for a player to sign for a club and then a couple of weeks later they bring in someone on loan to play in the CL instead of you.

It does create an issue, however it’s been handled it’s not going to be great for morale. He’s got going to have to be handled quite carefully.

You've got to feel for Malen, but Unai gets well-paid to make difficult decisions for the best of the team.   However, Malen is our player, who will be here for pre-season training.  The three chosen ahead of him might not - so you've got to hope Unai has handled this as well as it's possible to.

I hope he gets to play loads of league and cup games and forces his way into the future of the club. We don't know if Rashford or Asensio will be with us long term. I imagine Malen will start up front on Sunday. Hopefully he takes this disappointment and channels it positively for us for the rest of the season.

Every Football Manager player knows the pain of submitting the squad list and waiting for players to demand a meeting when they are left out. I hope Unai saved his game before talking to Malen.

Can we have specific thread on this dilemma it's worthy of discussion more so than the attention Duran is getting.

We can. It’s easy.

I'd rather not though. It will be over in a few days so this thread is good enough.
Assuming Garcia is left out then I have deduced the 3 from 5
I have taken hard and direct evidence gleamed from the welcome AV interviews of the new loanees on this champions league registering dilemma that they were all discussing being involved with the champions league .
So have to deduce that these three from 5 are going to be elected for registration.

Furthermore:
3 weeks ago Malen signed yet he was not being asked question about champions league instead “how much are you looking forward to playing back in England and in the premier league and that you previously said to play in the premier league would be a dream come true”

No talk of champions league in his interview

Case closed
As I susepcted. Andres Garcia and Donyell Malen.
Insight.

Put the work in and will get the results
See above post to my deductions and that I shoot my shot .
Disappointing you weren’t willing to engage in your thoughts or theories or preferences to who would be selected.
Thank You no further questions!
