Yup, Sky have edited their piece now saying that it's three.

Reassuring to know that we can get it right even if Sky journalists can't.

We can. It’s easy.

According the the UEFA squad list, we've let 6 players go from List A. Duran, Gauci, Buendia, Carlos, Nedeljkovic and Philogene.

So looking at the rules they may be able to register 4. But not sure if goalkeepers don't count. Bit confusing.

One player on another players shoulders should fix this.

That reminded me of this.

We can. It’s easy.

I'd rather not though. It will be over in a few days so this thread is good enough.

Assuming Garcia is left out then I have deduced the 3 from 5
I have taken hard and direct evidence gleamed from the welcome AV interviews of the new loanees on this champions league registering dilemma that they were all discussing being involved with the champions league .
So have to deduce that these three from 5 are going to be elected for registration.

Furthermore:
3 weeks ago Malen signed yet he was not being asked question about champions league instead “how much are you looking forward to playing back in England and in the premier league and that you previously said to play in the premier league would be a dream come true”

No talk of champions league in his interview

Case closed

Thanks for that, Footy! It'll save me doing it later.

As has been explained many times before. We can only add 3 players to our CL squad. The 4th and 5th options are only for those clubs that play in a January to December league. They are expected to have a greater turnover of players because it is their main transfer window.
It doesn't matter how many players we have traded through choice rather than necessity. We can only add 3 players to our CL squad.

Unless we sell Bailey, of course.

Only if we register him as home-grown, which we can as Jamaica is Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth always sounds much more Socialist than it really is.
