Unless we enter the Conference League qualifying round, seeding is largely irrelevant, now. And even if we did, we'd likely be seeded based on average performance by English clubs, anyway.
Average is based on last five years. Our two years of performances and three years of zero points won't be better than England's five year average. Still, it can't hurt, like you say.
