Look, I am being intentionally pessimistic because bitter experience has conditioned me not to expect anything and to only celebrate after the fact. Reading some posts on here and it sounds like some fans are booking hotels in Munich already.

It seems like you can post things on this thread which when they turn out to be wrong you can claim you were only joking. So I will do that as necessary as we look to progress in this competition.
I often find the people who post giddy optimism are the same ones who get angry and abusive when things don't go swimmingly. How do you live like that?
