I think it'll be even more exciting than last night's game, so something to really look forward to.

Was just coming to post about that. So releasing tickets a few days before won’t cause any problems will it? (Having just spent 30mins on the phone to get them to reissue e-tickets as a previous one didn’t work !)

It might be a close run thing, but I think you are right.

They took mine yesterday evening, but I haven't seen hide nor hair of a ticket.

Our game is on Virgin Media 2 in Ireland next week. That's 2 in a row.

Good news. Probably wouldn't have been on if RTE weren't showing Liverpool v Bologna that night.

I haven't looked at the future game clashes but I'd be hopeful of a few of our games getting on TV here. If there's a day us, Liverpool, and Celtic are all playing at the same time, we're screwed.

Edit - I've had a look, and our game against Bologna is on at the same time as Arsenal v Shaktar, and Real Madrid v Dortmund, so I wouldn't fancy our chances there.

And our Juventus game is on at the same time as the Celtic and Liverpool games, so that's probably not happening either.

It has definitely been worth the £20 per month I pay Amazon Prime for the Discovery Sport package. Much better than adding it to my Sky package because I can cancel at any time. So much other sport on their too (if I had the time…)

Phoned the club to get my Bologna ticket, was surprised to be told that tickets wont be available until 18th October, the Villa employee who I was talking to said that they were surprised at  this as well.

As i have a physical season ticket card, i will have to get a paper ticket to print , it will be interesting phoning the club to get one on the Monday (I am on holiday the week before) OR I will be queuing on the night of the game at the Villa ticket office.

We don't make the basics (such as buying a ticket) easy for ourselves do we?

How did you get it for £20? I looked at their champions league coverage before the first game, and it was £30.99 a month?
