If you opted in to the cup ticket scheme (which I did without dreaming they would be eye-wateringly expensive) how do you receive your ticket? Are they added to your digital season ticket?
I phoned this morning (only took 1 hour at 5th attempt of not being cut off) and was told payment would be taken today which it was before midday and told eticket would be emailed later today.  Not received anything yet. Knowing the expertise of the ticketing system I am concerned that if I have not received the email by deadline on Monday, Mr Heck will sell my ticket again even though I have paid for it !
Same here.
Payment taken but as of yet no email with ticket details.
Received our tickets with email confirmation and loaded on app
Did you buy tickets via app or are you in the cup scheme? I think it is the cup scheme participants (of which I am ) whohave had money taken but not received a ticket)

The one silver lining to this grey cloud of ineptitude is the behaviour of Lee Preece. He's putting up with an absolute shitstorm of complaints, working every waking hour and somehow keeping both his temper and his mind. He's an absolute credit to the club and the only one who is emerging with any credit.
.excellent point dave. The fans need to remember who the complaints go to. People like preece are not responsible for this but has to deal with alot of it.

Give that man a pay increase

We don't make any money out of it so I doubt he'd care.

We've had what 4 years of fans complaining about Away games being a closed shop, so Brand Heck sees that as an opportunity to sell GA+ pay the money and get to the front of the queue. Yes we make no money from the games but can use it as leverage to gain money from other avenues.

Remember Heck has form for that kind of tactic when he took people answering a questionnaire asking for better facilities and came up with a premium price Terrace View and The Lower Grounds.

Just shy of 40% of our Young Boys allocation going to corporate/GA+ is utter bollocks.
Not nice is it when you have no chance of getting an away ticket

The Bayern tickerts aren't showing up on the site for me yet, given i'm a claret member rather than season ticket holder, should i expect the option to show up before tuesday / wednesday or is there a glitch?

Just logged on and not showing for me either. Assume it will show up in the appropriate window.

I have got a payment confirmation from the club (doesnt say what for but its for the price of 2 Bayern tickets). The option to buy my own seat has gone but there are no tickets to view on the website or app. Am I safe to assume that I have these tickets? Thanks

See if you can open your online account. Under 'tickets' they show between Ipswich and Man Utd.

Yep on that list

I really can't even fathom the extent the club has done this week to alienate the loyal fan base. It's an absolute shit show and coincidentally timed when there's an international break.

Agreed. I also complained to him. Bit disappointed not to get +1000th complaint.

If you were a youngster on the outskirts of Birmingham maybe a little north in a town or village and you wanted to see a big live champions league game , are you going to pay villa prices / GA+ prices to see us a team with no real super stars or Man City littered with them?  This is hugely damaging for our future

I'm sure he's a nice bloke etc, but is he doing anything other than autorespond with template emails?

Heck might just be the personification of it but him going would at the very least cause a re-think and somebody more grounded in the reality of where we are making these decisions

The latest Amazon Prime advert features three of the four English clubs who will be playing in this year’s Champions League. See if you can hazard a guess about which club it omits.
