I am a bit taken aback by the bad press this has attracted. When was the last time the club had such negative publicity?
The closest was the £ signs at Ellis, but nothing like this I can remember.

Surely the bad publicity almost negates the  value of the price gouging to begin with? The club that rips off its long-suffering fans isn't quite the narrative conveyed in the nice kit launch video!

Let's see if NSWE react at all. Ideally Heck gets his P45 and he never darkens our doors again.

I disagree with the pricing strategy and am angry that loyal supporters have been treated this way! Even my youngest at 22 who would have paid £150 to stand at an Oasis gig couldn't believe the ticket prices when quoted! Dynamic pricing >:(

For comparison btw a TNT sports pass costs £30.99 per month with no minimum term. I guess some of us who travel a fair distance to games will be looking at that option?

There were a few different protests in 2015/16 including walk outs. Hard to sayif  they were successful or not as Randy didn't want to own us anymore and was trying to sell the club regardless.

That's about as likely to happen as a positive comment coming from you.

It’s a PR disaster but that has come to define Heck’s tenure.
Based on all of his other decisions it’s fairly obvious that he could not give a flying fcuk what the supporters think.
Although getting into the mainstream media is a problem.

Could see Celtic fans picking up the general sale tickets.

Also non-villa fans going to Bayern and Juve games. Good chance these games will sell out regardless

If villa fans dont want to pay 100% the home ends will be full of celtic fans thats when there will be trouble

Oh stop being such a hysterical fanny. This is about the tenth time you've tried to come out with these scare stories based on zero evidence.

Being realistic, we're unlikely to reach the final, but season ticket holders who attend all home games in the competition are surely going to be the first in line for tickets to the final, should we get there. So miss a game or two, and your chances begin to slim.

I think I'm done with season ticket after this season. I've become more rational as I get older and the joy I get out of going to Villa Park is reducing while the price continues to go up. I will be sending them an email to let them know how unhappy I am but I realise how futile that is. It will make me feel better though.

It should be an opportunity to protest and this will show how, as a football nation, we simply don't have the unity that there would be in Germany for example. For all the noise we make on social media, I don't think we'd achieve a mass walk out or boycott at Villa Park so there is no deterrent to Villa for these decisions. I hope I'm wrong

I've just read that corporate/executive members are being given maximum away points so they will be in the 1st pot for CL away tickets regardless of previous history.  This is on top of a subset of away tickets being reserved for Hospitality as they've been doing with the league aways.

I have already bought a plane ticket to be over for the Bologna game. Fortunately, I got a fairly cheap flight. The ticket will cost much more.
