I grew up thinking my Villa were the bollocks.  Listening on the wireless when we finally won the '77 League Cup. Basking in the reflective glory of their achievements in 81/82.

Getting to watch my heroes, Morley, Mortimer, Withe, Shaw, Evans and many more in the flesh, as a star-struck youngster.

I thought they were the greatest team in the world. I still do.

Thanks to my now departed father and brother for ensuring I followed the right club.

So proud.

What an achievement this is.
Who’d of thought we’d be back eating at the top table of European football when we were getting battered at Fulham last season..
I’m so happy for those that haven’t seen, including my lad who is still running around the garden, he’s 24!😂

From the award last night.
It will make you smile, and laugh and maybe get some dust in your eye.
Just love that.

Lucky Omen ... Our present captain's surname begins with an M. Our leading striker's surname begins with a W.
I like your thinking, ALITA !!

Really is a fantastic achievement. I thought we’d run out of steam and Spurs would pip us to 4th, but after such a brilliant performance against Liverpool we deserve to be where we are. What a manager, what a team, bring on next season.

1st November every single year is now Unai Emery day.

I’m shedding a tear the sheer happiness, exhilarating feeling I’m having. Mrs Remy said the earth moved for her last night.

What a way to bring in our 150th year of my club.

Not even Sky Sports news ticker tape of Everton something takeover over our magnificent achievement as gross as was expected - wankers.

Aston Villa are a bloody good team - get used to it!

2019 championship to 2024 champions league is incredible.

Yeah, and to think just 24 hours ago people were saying we really didn’t deserve Champions League.

This club means so much to me, it is my love - i admit I shed a few tears last night after we qualified for the Champions League and also this morning reading the various comments on here.

I would love it if we got Juventus at home, as they were the last team that we played in the European Cup but this time we beat them!!!!

Thank you so much Unai and everyone who has made this possible, you have made a nearly 60 year old man so happy.
