I thought we were rubbish. We looked knackered, we just didn't get going at all and well, that's more or less it really apart from getting beaten by a very dodgy penalty. As always typically Villa, we didn't take advantage of Spuds losing. Still fucking chuffed with them all overall though.
Yes I think it’s ok to be frustrated about an individual result/performance and still be delighted with the season overall.

Tiredness isn't really an excuse for me . These are professional athletes playing football , not humans going to war or into hard labour . They are well looked after . Top teams play lots of games , it's normal , Emery deploys a system that accommodates lots of games and less training . Today was poor , boring, insipid football. Brighton were there for the taking . Poor .
