Unai has confirmed that Pau was only taken off as a precaution. A very small niggle apparently…so, I expect him to not play again this season!!

RIP, Pau, taken so young.

Well done lads, great result, in what could have been a banana peel.

Just studied the league. We are the most entertaining team. For total of goals For/Against we are the highest. Burnley can't catch us in the league but Sheffield Utd can on goal difference so we have to be careful there.

Onwards and upwards

Pau Torres was the best of us. A brilliant player and lovely man. Thoughts with his family.

Was at the game earlier.  Very good 43 minutes where we looked sharp and it was very comfortable.  Switched off just before half-time and conceded, then didn't start in the second half and conceded again.  Scored the 4th and then it was comfortable from there on out.
Were you at the game Tom?

Appropriate word that sum up the total catastrophe that unfolded before our very own eyes.

Normally I would give motm to Bailey ,no question. But,that performance by Doug was elite level.

It is funny i thought he was a bit sloppy at times ,  i thought Mcginn was our best player

McGinn by a country mile.

Agreed.

Yep, no debate he was brilliant today.

Important three points, especially with Man Yew and Brighton failing today.
Brighton?

What a mad game that was. For 45 minutes we cut through Forest at will and looked like we would score every time we attacked. Their goal before half-time seemed like a consolation even then.
This is true. I said the same thing to my seat neighbour at about 40 minutes. It's been a pleasure siting at VP this season, save for red scum game and I was away for Newcastle.

Bar a mad 10 minutes where I think their ineptitude had lulled us into slumber, that was excellent.

I felt the midfield were so mobile today in pulling Forrst out of shape, despite ostensibly on paper being out numbered.

Bailey is unplayable at present. Dougie and McGinn, a few misplaced passes aside, bossed it.

Only slight grumble would be the collective ocassional dpey decision making from Cash and Moreno, but by and large, that was a very dominant and impressive performance.

McGinn’s ability to turn his markers inside out and make space for himself was out of this world today.
