Bailey currently is the best winger in the league. In space he can be almost unplayable at times.

I had to leave just before the third goal and we looked completely in control of that game. There was one moved when we had the ball for around five minutes and Bailey nearly put the ball through the keepers legs. It was a perfect summary of the football Emery wants.

Then I got to where I had to be and it’s suddenly 3-2. WTF? What happened?

Corner in the last min of first half added time is dealt with as well as the Manure one, even down to Watkins (and Lenglet?) playing him onside from 3 yards out.

Then we lose Torres so Chambers is on. One midfielder loses the ball up the pitch, and even though the players slips, Luiz and Moreno forget they can play the ball and contrive to give it Origi who passes to their striker in the box, played on by Cash.

Do you know what’s really fcuking annoying?  When Torres came off against Brentford it looked totally innocuous.

he was limping heavily

Normally I would give motm to Bailey ,no question. But,that performance by Doug was elite level.

It is funny i thought he was a bit sloppy at times ,  i thought Mcginn was our best player

Goal and assist for Watkins
Goal and Assist for Bailey
2 goals for Luiz
Assist for McGinn

We have some serious numbers this season.

Professional performance in the end after a couple of mistakes made it a bit of a concern. But there was only ever one winner coming from that game.

Important three points, especially with Man Yew and Brighton failing today.

Good win. Share everyone’s fears about Pau. Might consider starting Digne; Moreno off it.

Luton away next up. Won’t be easy but 9 from 9 from three games headed into the home game vs Tottenham would be massive.

Made hard work of it, it was almost too easy we were playing so well we got sloppy.
