Right, if anyone else has got as far as selecting their seats but then gets the maintenance page, you don't need to go through selecting the game, seats etc. again, just go to your basket and the tickets should already be in there.  Might take a few goes like it did for me, but it's fewer clicks and less chances for the maintenance error to show again.

Why have they released them all at once? Do members with all UECL home games, then down to one. You’ve basically got every member trying at the same time.

Tried it a couple of times and it's done the same every time.  First two waits were 10 minutes, now this one is 25.

I got as far as payment after many attempts and it froze again, Checked the email and it was there and now printed. Took 52 minutes!

Wahey. Took just over an hour, initial tickets in Trinity weren’t there or in my basket after refreshing loads, so got 3 in the North stand Upper where there were loads together.

Yeah - this is pretty crap.  Thing is the Queue it should stop this from happening.

It doesn't help that Im a software developer and a few years ago I had to sit in a hotel in Nottingham missing a days test cricket trying to fix a big brand's event booking site.  Which involving a lot of time watching that queue prick strut around the page while the database crashed.

Absolutely agree, why didn’t they split it up a bit, I’ve been to all the Euro games, some might have only had one, the website was always going to crash

They really should have the 2nd leg on at VP on big screens for the fans. Id go 100% charge £10 and all money go to acorns charity so the fans if we get to final can celebrate together and help out acorns too. Win win

You won't go to a live Saturday match that kicks off at 2000, but you will go to a Thursday match that Kick-off at 2000 to watch it on a screen? 100%?

I think your Chelsea reasoning is valid by the way for people who do have to travel such a distance. But just pointing out the weirdness of someone who stated they won't go to a weekend game with a pretty much confirmed endtime (stoppage time notwithstanding these days) because of how late they would get back home, but would 100% go to a Thursday same time KO, which could finish upto 50 mins after the final whistle as per Lille, just to watch it on a big telly.
