You won't go to a live Saturday match that kicks off at 2000, but you will go to a Thursday match that Kick-off at 2000 to watch it on a screen? 100%?

Same thing has happened to me 3 times.  Says they're reserved for 30 mins every time I go back in so hopefully it'll go through at some point.

Keep refreshing it, not logging out and back in though as I did that for another game and had to wait in a queue for 10 minutes.
