Had the 7 month old granddaughter in my arms singing Villa when the draw was made, proud as punch

7 months? You are happy to inflict this misery that we endure on infants? You evil, evil bastard.

It could be worse. After the small heath result yesterday, I started the sentence to my 13-year old daughter ‘Just think, if I was a Blues fan…’ I was going to say ‘we’d have been down there today watching that instead of watching us thrash Ajax the other night’, but she was too busy throwing herself around on the settee pretending to vomit at the first bit of the sentence.

I like it, I like it alot !

My youngest daughter's first word was 'Villa'. Her mother was not amused.

Had my email offering to sell me a Lower Grounds ticket for Lille.....

"It promises to be a night to remember under the lights in B6 and you can secure your Lower Grounds seat before general admission tickets go on sale!"

Sportsbreaks running return flights from Brum on match day and straight back after. Not for me (going on Eurostar Wednesday to Friday) but some might be interested. Importantly anyone applying has to meet ticket criteria.

Yep. For those that can only take one day off work it is an (expensive) option I guess.

£355 is a bit steep, but then David Dryer used to charge us more than that 30 years ago.
Eurostar return and accommodation works out a lot cheaper. Swimming and hitch-hiking saves even more.

NW Lions pretty much the same at £140 - it’s a shame I can’t travel with them because every time I have we have lost, including Stevenage! We jinx each other, I’m surprised they still even let me on the bus!

They haven’t changed it on the app yet, but presumably the Bournemouth game now has to be on the Sunday and not the Saturday ?

Should be the case. Was the Arse match always 1630 on the Sunday or was that moved after the Euro draws?

It was originally Saturday
