Paul Merson has just said the Saudis will most likely return with a further bid upwards of £200m which Liverpool will find hard to turn down. Hopefully this happens before Sunday!

If Paul Merson's past predictions are anything to go by, that means the Saudis will ban Salah from the country and invoice Liverpool for £50m for their trouble.

Fucking hell. Here I was trying to be a smart arse and even fucked that up. What a ‘mare I’ve had of late.

We still love you and won't judge!

And in fairness you won 50 grand by correctly predicting we would draw Everton at home in the Milk Cup.

Even that was from copying my prediction in the thread, so I'll be expecting a large cheque from Canada.

Just can't see this one being a draw, think it will either be the "expected" easy home win or a 'statement' 3-1 win for us.

It will be a cut of $50,000. Not £. And given our tax rates, expect a cheque of around £4.25. You’re welcome.

Having worked offshore with a lot of Canadians, that sounds about right given their tax and exchange rates. :)

I think we may just pull their pants down and reveal Bingo has a teeny weeny willy.

They’re a good side, we’re a very good side.

Liverpool 1 Aston Villa 2.

Dougie with a late winner from outside the box.

Yep we’re all fucking skint and more so when we travel abroad. When I come over next year and hopefully get a game, I’ll be begging for pints. That or I’ll need to remortgage my house.

Martinez trained today. Hopefully OK for Sunday, Emery says.

Be a bonus for us, he’ll have one eye on turning out for Argentina as well, presumably they have games?
In an ideal world it would have been good to have a crap team this weekend, stick with Olsen and him not get called up so he would have had 4 weeks to fully get over it.

There’s every chance we’ll lose, Liverpool away is a very tough game. But it’s bloody brilliant having a manager who you just know will have a tactical plan and can compete with anyone.

I think we'll hammer these their midfield and defence won't be good enough to deal with us.

Couldn't agree more.
