If our run was going to end it was most likely gonna be at our least favourite ground, plus we haven't won cosecutive away games there since 1930, so history was very much against us. Still much better 2nd half, only last last ditch defending stopped us getting a point. At least we won the league matches 3-2, which hasn't happened for a while.

The Luiz one, a flag was raised, not too sure as to why. That particular linesman gave us fcuk all all game.

Motd and Sky had us down as having 1 shot on target.

De Gea saved one from Moreno, one off the line from Luiz. Which one of those didn't count?

Konsa unfortunately stopped one going in late on too. Our set pieces were very good again.

Nothing much to add that hasn't already been said, but I did think that the team move that led to JJ's shot being deflected over by Lindelof was absolutely sensational.  Had he scored, it would have been a goal of the season contender I think.

For all the so -called quality players on the pitch for Manchester United, they really didn't really impress me against Villa,

Watkins was offside at the very start of the move.

Think Ollie was eventually called offside in that move, he did look like he'd run a little early when the pass came through but of course they let play go on.

Probably a good job it did get cleared off the line as you know they'd have found a way to VAR it.

And despite being second best etc etc we only conceded one, deflected, goal.

And created enough good chances to have got a point.

Has anybody seen anything that shows Rashford was onside for the goal?

It was always going to be at the theatre of utter wankers that it came to an end. I hope to one day see us funeral them big time.

Having thought about it, Bailey would have made a big difference, speed and width was lacking as an option for us. I know there are concerns about him but there's no question he'd have occupied at least one, more likely two of their players and created more space.
