Rico Richards from Boggies looks to be coming. 19yr old on afree.

According to them he wasn't good enough for them!
I know nothing about him, but 1 appearance for an almost 20 year old would seem to indicate that he's unlikely to be troubling the first time any time soon, wouldn't it? Would have thought he's more likely being signed with a view to helping with FFP in a year or two...

I'm surprised we're not being strongly linked with Samuel Chukwueze. Reports claiming Milan are offering €20m and have already agreed personal terms.

That's ridiculously cheap if true. We should be all over that.

No news on what we thought back in January was a done summer deal, Unai's favourite son, Mattéo Guendouzi.

That did go very quiet, I would have thought that the Tielemans signing makes that less of a necessity now, unless JJ is crocked.

Yup. Aston Villareal haven't accepted that value, they'll want a lot more but Milan are making a move.

Chiesa still hasn't moved anywhere, need to invite him on a luxury canal boat tour to turn his head

How would he feel if we blasted out Duran Duran from the speakers (it wouldn't have to be Rio)?

Rico Richards from Boggies looks to be coming. 19yr old on afree.
19 and released by West Brom.  I remember Purslow saying at 19 players should be pushing for the first team squad.  This seems a really odd signing to me.  Anyone know much about him?

It’s a bit like the Finn Azaz one, who will be 23 in September but only ever been out on loan.

Finn has done enough to get himself a decent move elsewhere and make us a few quid, so probably that's the intent with a few of the youth players, including Richards. A bit like the chelsea model, just not as odious.

I was out having a drink and meal with the wife and kids on Saturday, canalside in Brum. Having a pre meal pint sitting outside the Tap & Spile, i noticed a couple of punters ordering a couple of huge fry ups at what was about 6pm. Surely the promise of this would get Chiesa over the line??
