Exeter, Plymouth, Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth, Brighton...

How could you forget Torquay?

And Yeovil

Not really near the sea that one.

A shame, as it needs to be in it

Not yet but give it 100 years or so…

I'd just like a nice comfortable win where we control the game from start to finish and there are no twitchy bum moments. Pretty please.

I'm going for an early Villa goal and finishing 3-0.

Ideal game for Carlos to return if reasonably fit for 60-70 mins. I don't fancy Konsa's chances against some of their cloggers anyway in the physical contests which they will target. Stick Carlos in next to Mings and see how he goes. Can always swap him out for Konsa late on. Same for the Donk too, he can deal with Bilings and let Luiz focus on getting us playing. Cash was so bad he should be dropped, they will target those cross field balls into the channel all day otherwise.

Match them physically and our quality will tell. 2-0 win. Wouldn't mind seeing Traore given another spin, hopefully has passed out Bailey as likely first attacking sub.

-------------Martinez
Young, Carlos, Mings, Moreno
-----------Luiz, Donk
McGinn, Buendia, Ramsey
-----------Watkins

IIRC Carlos was less than impressive against these firs match of the season although was probably bemused by Stevie Mee's tactics

Carlos is nowhere near starting, and the defence has looked solid the last 3 games so no change there thanks

They're in the bottom three for a reason, and have won the grand total of 3 games in their last 17. They've drawn 3 as well, and lost the rest. We've got to get after teams like this from the start and hand out a lesson. Of course the result is all important, but I'd like to see a good, attacking performance for a change. 3-0.

Agree with every word.

I think we'll FTF and our European charge will continue.

Don't start with Leon please

No more bogey team 3 0

Could Young start instead of him?

Kaden?  Hell yeah

He couldn't do any worse than Leon nor could Ash

I reckon it's about time we gave someone a proper shoeing, and Bournemouth seem as likely candidates as any.

More Villa fans will be at this fixture than any other fixture so far this season. 16 left in the Trinity, but we're selling tickets in P9-P11 too, above the away fans.

You love to see it.

Spring may not have sprung, but the birds are singing and Fred is MIA.

Might there just be a surprise and we see Kamara return ahead of schedule as the injury is nowhere near as as bad as first feared? He does seem to be a quick healer, particularly when he overcame the knee injury earlier in the season.....
