I dislike Kane. Good player granted, but a cheating little shithead. The media call it “clever” when he does it. They aren’t so kind when one of our players do the same thing though…

Clearly not "clever" enough. https://twitter.com/nocontextfooty/status/1609598905422909442

What the fuck is the Audi Cup?

It's like the Olympics but with one less ring.

'One ring fewer' please BV 😉

Thanks TV for the explanation. Kind of like the Peace Cup but without the "no goal for you!" hilarity?

Yes I did consider it, countable nouns and all that, but a personal preference after a number and it sounded better to me.

Glorious. There's something special about beating Spurs. I mean I hate United, Arsenal, Shitty and Liverpool but at least they've won things in recent memory that almost warrant the arrogance and shit eating grins. Spurs fans are utterly ridiculous. Every year is their year until it isn't. We should be aspiring to push them a lot closer in the near future in terms of finishing positions and I think with Newcastles rise and improvements at Utd and Arsenal, Spurs will be a 5-7th side rather than top 4. Even serial winners Conte and Jose struggle to push them on.

I think the new stadium has helped raise their profile to the point where the media now seem to believe that they should be right up there, whether they justify it or not.  They'll always be one of those clubs who just have a cup run once every ten years and do bugger all else.

Their fans, on the other hand, have always been a deluded bunch of twats.

It's the London effect. Look at West Ham as well.

Nobody who lives in London gives a damn about who plays where. More of a meedja London effect.

Typical lazy Irish. Why don't you get your own language (and then stop us from actively seeking to destroy it)?!

First the famine, now this. Yawn.

Funny how Garth Crookes puts Buendia in his team of the week m, yet under his name doesn’t mention a single thing about him or any reason why he’s in the team.

That would mean watching the game. He's not paid for that.

Massive gamble yesterday.  He was better - shall we say a lot more confident but I am still shocked that one of the best keepers in the league was sitting on the bench.  The team overall played really well, good use of subs and if one player stepped up yesterday it was Buendia really solid performance.

A couple of minus from our fans yesterday, copying Brentford's You've let your country down chant - no he never! and the knob a few rows behind singing the derogatory words to Ossie's going to Wembley - a disgrace (the second one)

Something a Birmingham City fan is better qualified to answer.

Superb performance
Ashley Young does not get the credit he deserves from the media considering his age.
