Very impressive use of selective facts towards the end there. Mentioning the three players that got injured before the slump, but only providing the stats for one of them (the one that's left) in terms of points with and without. I'm pretty sure Bouba had the highest points per game in the league last season, for example (he definitely did at one point).
I actually thought Tielemans was poor when he returned from injury - he always seemed to take a bit longer to get back to speed than others. McGinn, though, dragged us over the line when he came back (with Ollie).
I think we'll see a lot of pieces like this in the coming months, which will intensify if we don't hit the ground running. There's a narrative there for people that don't want to put much thought into what they write. Deadlines need to be hit!
