He’s let’s MacPhee sort the set-pieces out during matches, so if he’s appointed a person to sort out transfers I don’t see why he’s doesn’t trust them, considering they are his men he’s selected to do so.

It's been mentioned in commentary in every game since it got to 99. I also doubt Unai pays any attention which is why I said I don't think it will be anything but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the players knew about it.
