But shows that both owners decided enough us enough and are demanding success. This is the first step. A world class coach and staff.

I like how he says he's looking to restore confidence in the players first up. He's an intelligent, experienced guy and knows he doesn't have to 'stamp his authority' on them. They are good players, they just need an effective framework they can trust and it will grow from there.
