I know we've become very demanding (in accordance with Unai's instructions) but to be where we are, with the injuries we've had, is truly remarkable. If we finish in the top 4, he should get PL Manager of the Season (but he won't).

could almost pinch myself saying this but I’ll be bitterly disappointed now if we don’t get champions league football next season

They showed a clip on the big screen at one point in the first half, of him absolutely tearing a strip off Digne on the bench, who looked like a proper told off school kid. Wonder what that was about?

Anyway, Unai is literally the man.

Loved his passion yesterday

You can see how much he hates losing and how much he loves winning

I saw that too.  Very funny.

Everyone has a teacher that they look back on as their favourite, the one that improved and inspired them.
Emery is THAT teacher.

That was funny with Digne. I just thought it was something tactical that he saw on our left flank and Digne just happened to be nearby. Digne just looked a bit bemused by it.

Apparently, he was giving him some ‘advice’, using Moreno as an example;

Wow, we're big enough for Metro to write an innocuous story about us. This is the profile Champions League gets us !!

If only, I think they're just trying to pacify Martyn by doing some Villa stories.

What celebration by Emery upon final whistle.
Great use of the squad and quadruple change with two of the players making a serious impact.

Massive win.

It was, but as brilliant as Unai is (and he clearly is) he does need to improve his proactivity when things start to turn. We shouldn’t have needed 4 subs to save us, the subs should have been shutting them down before they scored twice.

Luton, Burnley, Sheffield Utd, Bournemouth, Palace - that's eight points gained from goals after 88+ minutes.

Not good for the stress levels, but it's too frequent to be a fluke.

Think the Man Utd is the only time we've lost a point to a late goal. Which is very outside the sort of thing we're used to having served up.
