Man City have only one style of play, it’s just that they have a very large pool of players to call on. Occasionally they also lose. Arsenal are the same and very recently went on a four or five game winless streak. It happens, it’s how you bounce back and recover. So far Emery has done this every time.

There is no need for such deep analysis as per last few pages, it’s all down on Unai winning MotM award. We all know what follows😓

His record thus far is mightily impressive but seeing it written down like that makes it more so. Long may he reign.

He's letting in more goals than Steve Bruce and Di Matteo. Unai out!

Noteworthy that Steve Bruce is 2nd on 3 of those lists. Perhaps we were a little hasty.

Attacking styles will be generally better than defensive ones so long as a win is worth three times more than a draw.

Interesting stats.  Are the points per game figures adjusted for when it moved from 2 to 3 points for a win in 1981?

He was only ever in charge in the 2nd tier though.

No adjustments, so unfortunately Saunders doesn’t make the list.

Not bad but he's no Alex McLeish. Also for context Steve Bruce ruins that list he was an awful manager. He had the biggest spending budget of any championship manager. His points record is only in the championship and as such should be removed from the list.

It says a lot for them lot over at St Andrex that potato head is held in such high esteem just because he fluked a league cup win for them.
