Can someone explain why the star is on our badge is ‘so shit’ ?I can’t for the life of me understand why so many are offended by it.
If we must have a star, why don’t we just do the same as the England kit, have one embroidered above the badge in the same colour of the shirt, so it’s subtle and leaves the badge clutter free.
I suppose the star discussion is all about opinions.I wonder if Juve or Bayern Munich fans have the same discussions about their stars ?

Five or ten, can't remember. But it isn't the same as what we've done where we've took it upon ourselves to shoehorn one in. I wish people could understand the difference.
I am sure there is a reason why are star is incorporated rather than above.Either way, personally, I like it. It shows we are in an exclusive group that most fans would give their eye teeth to be in.There are clubs here ‘cough - arsenal’ who still can’t have one 😂
Nobody who is pro-star has ever been able to explain why we shouldn't also have another 7 for our leagues and 7 for our FA Cups, and another 5 for the League Cups.If you think it'd be stupid to do that, then logically it is also stupid to do it for the European Cup.

It's the Biggest Cup. The club equivalent of the World Cup. The number of clubs that can boast to have won it is considerably lower than for the FA Cup or what have you. There isn't a standardised use of the star in football heraldry, but that one star represents the fact that Villa aren't just some common-or-garden relatively successful English club like Everton, but are in fact genuine members of the elite.
