I don’t think it’s wrong. He’ll get more minutes being at Ipswich and that’s what he needs.

The alternative is what wete doing with Carney, is it beneficial keeping him around the 1st team to get experience but giving him no minutes?

Steve Bruce @ Villa Park.  2021.
" We trained all week in dry conditions and today at Villa Park the rain was very wet which we didnt prepare for"

Fucking hell man, that is golden. This bloke has made himself a millionaire from Football management.

I have heard some absolute bollox from Steve Bruce over the years but that quote has rendered me speechless.

Newcastle fan joined us for lunch today and I was on train back up north post match and chatted to a couple more. They all absolutely hate Bruce.

Danny Ings has dedicated his goal today to the man who invented the bicycle kick.

Danny on MOTD thinks that we don’t need specialist coaches for set pieces.

I am more inclined to back NSWE decisions than not.

Hopefully AV finish higher than 11.

I think missing Watkins, Bailey, Traore, and Sanson might matter more than Jon G

Good point. There are some excellent players waiting to come into the team. You could add Targett to the list too when he gets fit.

Like to see more of the kids get to play.
Loaning out Louie is wrong.  He would be a great option to bring on to the left for the last 20 mins of matches.   He is good enough.

Loaning out is the correct decision. Needs the experience of the lower leagues to learn his trade. Physically he isn’t ready for the prem. Grealish did the same at Notts County

SJM was motm for me.

Mings scores bonus points for winding their mob up when jogging off the pitch after receiving treatment, with his beautiful big grin.

Biggest disappointment for me, was Matty Cash's bald patch. Where's that suddenly appeared from?! Sad times.

Ha ha, we noticed that. Egg in a nest, he won't be getting the "you're just a shit Jack Grealish chants" for much longer.

If anybody else had scored that goal today in that spectacular and inspirational way, do we think that Danny on MOTD would have mentioned set piece coaches?

I think he’s an embittered anti Villa.... pundit.

It's laziness,Liverpool have a specialist throw in coach,and ego,look I'm a great intelligent pundit,there's nothing I don't know about the game.

Danny Mills is an odd one and a terrible pundit.

Danny Murphy on the concept of set piece coaches. Words fail me. And him, mind.

I’ve calmed down now, thanks Robleflaneur, Luke, Ian, Pauliewalnuts.

Still think Danny on MOTD is a total pundit.
