He never considers the quick easy lay off does he? Many opportunities to play in Garcia 2nd half but none executed from memory. He’s supremely talented but has to realise that beating a defender to stop and check and then try to beat him again is not the objective.

I want Bailey to be a success here but he’s way below what he delivered last season.
I’ve absolutely no idea what’s going on with him but last night I thought he was just ok but still underwhelming. Every time he plays I wonder if this will be the game he rediscovers his form and it’s just not happened. I think he’s got until the end of the season to sort himself out otherwise I can’t see him being here next season which would be disappointing.

He may have delivered good numbers last season and maybe that's all that matters, but he still gave the ball away far too often and far too easily.  The reality is that he has been poor for a lot of the 3.5 seasons he's been at the club and we need better unfortunately.

I think his time with us should be drawn to a close.

It's a similar profile to Grealish at Man City. One excellent season and the rest average/sh*t.

His first touch was very good last night; he just seems to make bad decisions, though he did get better in the second half.

He was nowhere near as bad as some have made out. He looked sharp, his control was good, we saw some of his tricks, but yes some of his decisions were off. Which pretty much sums up our season in general with the whole team, they have all been guilty of it.

He’s playing better than earlier in the season but that’s a very low bar.

Please cash him in in the summer. If we could get £20m for him it would be great for FFP and we would lose nothing from the first team for it. Like 3/4 of his career here it's been terrible.

He'll always have that Arsenal goal though.

And Man City. I know it's hard to do right now, but worth remembering how good he was last season. Absolutely key too.

Time has come though. We might struggle to find a buyer at this rate.

Emery must see something in him. Game after game regardless of form he plays.

He is the most frustrating enigma .  Most of the time he does not look strong or quick enough for this level .  But then he does something out of nothing.  I think if we can get good money for him in the summer I would sell

I think Unai is trying to play him back into form, it’s just taking a bit longer than we all want.

He hasn't had many other options.  Think they got it badly wrong with Philogene in the summer and it has left us with a lack of options there all season really.

He plays because he really helps us keep our shape.

Regardless of what we think of Leon, the opposition usually send two out handle him. I think it shows a degree of respect.
