When he came on, you could tell he wasn't fit and when subbed, it seemed that he knew it was the right call and he wasn't ready
... all of which makes it strange that he was brought on at all. I assumed that either Buendia or Nedeljkovic would have come on - or even Duran - to replace Ramsey. I can't imagine the minutes that Bailey had on the pitch would have helped him much and he certainly didn't do anything to help the team.

Chaps, your two pronged attack on Bailey and Rogers is getting rather boring.

Im not sure if thats directed at me but i would not describe it as a prolonged attack. Just stating that neither bailey or rogers were good today. Think we can all agree both were poor today. Dont think any of us have gone OTT on either one to be honest.

With bailey though he has been poor all season. Something does not seem right with him. Is he injured? Not fit? Or just poor form? Its abit of a mystery to me

Yes he is carrying an injury, have you not heard any of interviews with Unai stating this??

Bailey clearly 'did a job' half fit today, Emery was clapping him off the pitch.

You'd have to be an imbecile to think otherwise.

He has been poor all season and was again today , hooked again too. This break has come at a good time for him unless he's flying away with Jamaica, he needs a rest .

Looks like he's still not 100% fit. Hope he gets some rest and treatment over the international break

Doesn’t look fit, which appears to impact his confidence. He’s such a key player for us, hopefully he’ll back fully fit post international break.

He doesn't like to take people on via the outside when he's not fit. He's an absolute warrior and hasn't been fully fit for an age.

He’s becoming the Bailey of season before last. Not sure last season’s renaissance is likely to materialise any time soon. Sincerely hope I’m wrong.

This version of bbailey is so bad.  Looks slow weak and just loses the ball. Worrying as he has been poor most of the season
