Interesting photo. Where and when was it taken and how the hell did they get there?

You can see people on the staircase in the bottom corner but still, coastal town as well so the wind would come whipping in up there.

Looks like some work being done on the middle Trinity too. The wall between the middle and lower tier has been demolished.

Looks like some work being done on the middle Trinity too. The wall between the middle and lower tier has been demolished.

This was in the plansfor this design of the north so makes sense it's happening, slightly surprised they've done it now though, I expected that to be a summer job.
