It might be - but it says to the East of Tame Road and the South West of Tame Road - which look like those two plots of land.

Why would we do the warehouse, improve the club shop, spruce up three stands, and redevelop the North Stand only to move to a new stadium?

It would be more likely linked to redeveloping the Witton Lane Stand. That said, I am not getting too excited just yet

For about half the investment of what was originally planned - a new stadium is a 10 - 15 year project - we are nowhere near ready for 60,000 seats or 15,000 premium seats. In 10 years, that might be very different.

Exactly. When you’ve got the chance to get a 52k stadium and to upgrade the surrounding infrastructure that already exists for a couple of hundred million, when the cost would be a billion or more for most clubs, you’d be mad not to take it.

Have a rethink if and when there’s a corporate and average Joe waiting list to get into that.

Come on, the ChimneyBowl is going to be twice the stadium Villa Park will ever be. We should thank our lucky stars if we manage a Sports Eighth

Reminds me of the famous Jason McAteer pizza story where, when asked if he wanted his pizza cut into four or eight slices, he replied, "Four, I'm not that hungry."

Whatever they're planning, I just hope it's got chimneys or what's the bloody point?

And does it all add up to a quarter? If it's only a third I'll be gutted.

It’s a great events arena, not sure it’s anything special as a football ground….being up in the gods was disappointed to see bland stairwells and no escalators :-) for all that money they should have escalators throughout :-)
