They can't just give it back or sell it to us for next to nothing though as it would be seen,  correctly, as a scam to get around the rules. So we basically don't own our ground and are reliant on the ongoing good will of our owners.

But they can lease it back to us at a peppercorn rent and then let the club keep any profits it generates. There's probably some restrictions around it but the setup will be along those lines.

If they ever sold up they'd sell the group rather than the club so it was included and then it could be recombined as part of the sale.
