Peter McParland is on it so I'm happy, but no Johnny Dixon, still the only Villa captain to hold the FA Cup at Wembley.

Personally I would have preferred an 'Ellis, through the years' mural highlighting his many and frequent achievements whilst at VP. The honour is long overdue.

In the centre, Doug executing a perfect bicycle kick (which he invented), against the background of his rose garden (with gravestones with the names of all the managers he potted), a stork flying above carries what looks like a baby but is actually Dr Jo Venglos - Doug is pointing at him, and saying "Hands up who knows who this is? - in the corner there is a dustbin in which there are a selection of images of the European Cup winning side - Heidi is pouring petrol over them, and Dr Targett is standing there with a zippo in hand, waiting to torch them etc etc.

Him with his cheque as the first paid director in English football, the birthday party where he's 'surprised' by having the botched stand he built 'in house' named in his honour etc.

I'm not bitter.

Small beer. His biggest crime was not understanding what the Premier League would be in 1992.

He understood that it would me him very wealthy, which it did, and that was really what mattered most.

He wanted the ITV deal rather than Sky. Thought it would be better for attracting sponsors.

He was up for Sky but only if they agreed to name the channel after him.

If you want his biggest crime, put Tony Barton on there.

Who has the knee bandage? Billy Walker

Otherwise it’s a crime not to include the best player in the Club’s history!

Seems the commentary team are not aware that Ollie needs one goal to become our leading PL goalscorer otherwise they would of mentioned it when he missed an absolute sitter in front of the Holte.
