Heard a lot about additional seats and bowl effect, but can see corners filled in on plans, another communication cock up or Heck change ?

There's a couple of them who come from a background of building large stadia, and a couple from a transport/infrastructure background (as in building transport infrastructure)It's unlikely they'd have been brought in if NSWE felt we were particularly restricted by staying at Villa ParkIn terms of what they do in the US, there's a big focus on building an 'experience' in the area (for want of a better word!), e.g. retail offerings, etcI dunno, but it left me feeling rather positive about the whole affair. I do expect that we'll end up being gouged on prices though.

Maybe they are thinking bigger and approaching the council to CP the entire area, houses, businesses etc - surely at the right price only Aston Hall would have a preserve status?Operators at this level see things we don't and are many moves ahead of the game. To develop anything at and around VP the local landscape has to change dramatically also and at present lets be honest it is a complete shithole. The walk from Witton station is an eyesore and any investment in a new station would be wasted without the surrounding area being developed as well.
The old Asda site.
If you're thinking of the Serpentine/Leisure centre area its all logistics depos now and has been for a while.
