I wonder whether villa’s relatively low profile internationally is a consideration for Emi. Potentially his post playing income needs a juve/Man U on the CV to get the big bucks.

I’d be amazed if that’s the motivation but I’m struggling for any other justification to join Juve (this season, and for a pay cut).
