Two saves in the first half were world class, I think he needs to feel the love of the Holte again.

Thought he should have come for the ball that they scored from.

He was more to blame for assuming the ball was going for a goal kick in the first place and not bothering to pick it up when he could easily have done so. I know he gets a thrill every time he annoys the opposition by wasting an extra twenty seconds, but no point risking conceding a corner that could get them back into the game when we are two up and cruising.

Exactly this. The error from Cash was bad but just watching it roll out of play when he can't have been sure was shit.

One didn't count as offside. But he did well with the only shot on target they had for 70mins or so.

Don't know what is going on with him tbh.  He played well, but seemed very offish with the fans in the Holte before the game and not his usual self.

Overheard someone talking before the game and saying that they wondered if he pulled out on Thursday as he doesn't want to be cup tied in Europe.  Heading towards conspiracy theory territory I accept, but did make me think.

If he did then someone should tell him that you can't be cup-tied in Europe anymore.

More likely people are just coming up with conspiracy theories when it's much more likely to be that he felt a bit of discomfort and, with the medical team, will have decided to not risk it.

Telling that Konsa got the armband instead of him when SJM went off.

That's happened three (?) times now.

I know he did it on Thursday but Emi wasn't on the park. I hadn't noticed it before but I haven't seen that much of us this season tbf.

Definitely happened against Fulham when Emi was playing.

Possibly Brentford too, but Mings was also playing and I forget whether it might have been him - but it was either him or Konsa, not Emi.

Has the Dibu bubble burst?  No man is bigger than the team.

For me it has, which is a shame, as I really, really like him. He's also a brilliant goalkeeper.

It's not the same though and never will be.

I can probably live with not liking him as much if we win a trophy some time before he leaves, mind.

It was a she and I will.if I see her at the next match!!  As I say, I thought Martinez had a good game, just didn't seem himself and didn't acknowledge the fans in his usual way.

By he I meant Emi, as in if he thought it was a good idea to miss the match to avoid being cup-tied then he's been badly advised about the current rules.

Moving on, he's clearly got an injury as per the tweet above so hopefully that'll stop the speculation.

On him being off, again the simplest explanation is usually the best one and he's not living in a bubble, he knows that some of the love has gone after the summer and he needs to earn it back with performances.
