Did the Holte sing the world's no. 1 pre match today? My butler and I couldn't hear from the Trinity.

Telling that Konsa got the armband instead of him when SJM went off. Relationships with fans and players need work?

You can't be cup tied in Europe. No need to think about it any more.

No, and the announcer didn't introduce him as such, either.

Or are we just all strict Yashin trophy adherents?

Tainted since the Quisling Hampton won the women's award, IMO.

Poor on the goal today. Good save in the first half.

Agreed, particularly as he’s so good claiming the ball on crosses in.

Poor on the goal, but wasn't the only one. Bit of an omnifail that.

He was more to blame for assuming the ball was going for a goal kick in the first place and not bothering to pick it up when he could easily have done so. I know he gets a thrill every time he annoys the opposition by wasting an extra twenty seconds, but no point risking conceding a corner that could get them back into the game when we are two up and cruising.

I'm not sure if their players had been trying to block him for other corners but as others have mentioned, he was trying to ensure their player wasn't going to block that he seemed to be dragged to the back of the goal in the pre-kick bustle and so wasn't in any position to be able to come and gather. But I still think Konsa was caught with two players on him, one essentially blocking him so not sure if Pau or Booba let their player go.
