Sadly I think he will be gone before June 10. I reckon he wants a crack at the club World Cup. And this is likely is one and only chance.

I can't see any of the clubs in that competition being in for him

Sorry, maybe I missed something, but why would he care about the club world cup?

Woah, Rory, channel 5 is showing it this year. Emi has always wanted to be on just after a documentary about a man with an arse for a face.

FFS why do we need any more airtime devoted to Farage.

Emi to Barcelona? Could be coincidence or just a family holiday. But if he moved there to be honest how could you blame him from a professional standpoint? There’s not a lot higher and their current keeper was signed on a free. I just hope we get paid if that’s where he ends up.

His new agent, Jorge Mendez, flew out there yesterday too.

I don't want him to go, but IF he is going to, let's get it done straight away with his replacement sorted quickly.  Don't need it dragging on.

They’ll have to move one of their Yorkshire farmer/vet/pig sty/tearoom series, which shows how important it is.

Just as long as they don't move Aldi's Middle Aisle: How Do They Really Do It?

Wasn't there a story a few weeks ago that we were under pressure to get someone sold before a certain date? If that was legitimate, we'd probably be pushing for this sale to be done ASAP.

📲 Emi Martínez on Instagram:

“3rd consecutive season of European football. Not what we wanted but that shows how far we have come as a club. The fans were amazing as always, thank you!” 💜

If he's going to Atlético Madrid or Al Hilal (the only Saudi club in the Club World Cup) we should know by the end of June 10th. Hopefully we won't have a Grealish-like saga that drags out all summer. That said, Barcelona haven't qualified so won't necessarily be in any great rush if they're the intended suitor.

I didn't even envisage they were in the CWC, I assumed it would be Barca.

The way I am currently feeling about our Emi, is that if he knocked on my door and asked for a cup of tea, he would get one, but he can't be expecting any biscuits.

Sustenance, but definitely not a chocolate-hobnob related taste treat.

No, they've been more or less equal in three of the four accounting years, but 2021/22, when Atlético made the made the Champions League quarter-finals and Barcelona were knocked out in the group stage, made the difference.

Emi's stop against Nottingham Forest has been voted the Premier League's Save of the Season for 2024/25 🥇

It was brilliant and was overshadowed by them winning in the end.
