It's Xenophobic with undertones of racialism.

From our point of view, Grealish, Rice, and Kane are English even though their parents were born in another country.

Some suggestion that Emi, along with Messi, Alvarez and Otamendi wasn't on the buzz because he stayed in Miami. Thought the bloke far side might have been him but can't tell if he has the blue/yellow hair.
