Probably wants a gold medal because Doug’s got one.

And Diego Carlos!

Oh, yeah! I didn’t realise he was a medal biter, too.

When he's actually spending the evening testing the efficiency of Minworth.

Well Martinez didn't get a yellow. I'm sure Footy is disappointed.
Martinez wasn't playing due to illness.
I'm not happy when he gets booked for time wasting or unsporting behaviour.
But is anyone happy to see our players awarded yellow cards or being sent off ?
I don't think so.

He didn't play?!

Yes, he pulled out after the lineups were announced due to illness.
I wonder if there was anything else to it, like a dispute on tactics or speaking up as captain with a disagreement on the line up and players selected , as pulling out so late with sickness but he would have known if he was well enough to participate and didn't simply suddenly have a bout of sickness come on. This could raise questions and speculation.
If there was a disagreement on how to manage the game regards time management
There could be all sorts of reasons why he didn't play and what went on.
Best we move to the next game and see what happens.
Of course the illness as well could be serious so can't be too dismissive in that respect either.

There’s actually more nonsense in this post than the one in which you said ‘9 more points will put us on 72’.

Maybe Emi was upset when he heard that McGinn was on a bender in Dublin again.

And I can say it from experience that it simply isn't true as I was once feeling a bit iffy prior to a Sutton Sunday League crunch game, a night of revelry beforehand saw to that. Any road I thought I couldn't let my mates down so I'd play, but just prior to kick off I'd had a final fag which caused a coughing fit and led me to foul myself by following through. I had to pull out a few moments before KO.

So there you have it, proof. I don't think I even knew what the tactics were or if we had any, let alone disagreed with them
