He should reach 100 Premier League goals for us next Season.

The "100 club" is a pretty exclusive club, and when you look at the names on it, you realise the sort of company Ollie will be in, if he gets there.

I know he sometimes gets a lot of stick for not always being the most natural finisher, or not being the most technically gifted player, but when you look at the scoring records of those currently IN the 100 club, his goals per game ratio is better than the likes of Bent, Dublin, Yorke, Anelka, Robbie Keane, Sheringham, and Defoe.  While being almost identical to the likes of Drogba, Sadio Mane, Lukaku, Les Ferdinand and Vardy.

When he's gone, you might not miss the odd miscontrolled pass, or the seemingly easy chances missed, but believe me, you'll miss just how good a goalscorer he's been for us.  He's going to be incredibly hard to replace.

Well said.

Yep he’s an incredibly effective and consistent performer (in terms of measuring season on season impact).

On Sunday when Stones went off he was pictured sitting in the dugout crying.  Commentators were saying it was because he was leaving, they were wrong, it was because he was still traumatised by the way Ollie dumped him on his arse before going on to score the winner.

We just need him to crack the 20 league goal mark next season now.

I had to check Ollie’s middle names were “George Arthur” and not Stanley Matthews, that shimmy was awesome!

I hadn't realised that Ollie was selected by doping control after the final. Don't know who the other player was though.

You can't blame them, he'll be 31 at the end of the year, he's hardly missed a Villa game since joining, almost always plays the full 90+ minutes, runs around all game like a Welsh Border Collie and is generally smiling at the end, most would be flat on their back calling out for oxygen.

I thought it was for him and Silva the dawning realisation that now it's all done it was worthless as it was for and by a cheating bunch of scumbags.

^^ Thanks mate. I remembered he had a couple of totals in his sights when he reached 100.

Keep going Ollie! I’d be delighted if he could catch Johnny Dixon before he finishes his career with us. Is that Grealish’s ancestor just above (Garraty)?
