One of my first sightings of Juan Pablo Angel was at Derby. He clearly wasn't right and looked an awful player, to say he was a record signing (£9m, I believe). The following year, after a full pre-season, he scored over twenty goals!!

He needed surgery didn't he? So how can he be fully fit now if he has the cyst?

You don't need surgery to deal with a cyst and, depending on where it is, they can often be better left to dissolve on their own. That his issue was a cyst is conjecture s it's never been said for sure but it does line-up with comments made about his carrying a small injury from both Emery and Tuchel.
