A complete performance from him tonight. His work rate has never been in doubt, but his holdup play was also great tonight.

Immense tonight.

Absolutely incredible CF performance in terms of stretching and working their defenders.

Tammy.needs to have recorded that and recognise the gulf

He was the definition of unplayable tonight, and despite getting his face stoved in, absolute warrior.

Just a shame he couldn't get back in time for Rogers cheeky pass to him to count because his control and finish for it was sublime. But his movement when Buendia had the ball was another reason the early goal looked so easy.

They just couldn’t deal with him at all. Regularly kept 2 or 3 of their defenders occupied every time he got the ball.

On that specific chance I do find it odd that in football there is no concept of getting yourself back onside and then being allowed to play again. Compare this with things like the amount of goals where the centre forward was 'not interfering' when a ball was played wide but then gets a chance with no defenders able to get back in time but that isn't him earning an advantage somehow.

I'm still flabbergasted that we didn't get a penalty when he sustained his head injury. Given the direction the ball was moving and the direction in which the Forest player was moving, and the timing of it all, the collision was nothing other than a head butt on Watkins.
