Literally he did not lose us the game literally but literally could have won it literally.

True. Apart from missing two sitters and getting an assist for Arsenal's second, he was okay.

Not sure how he managed to do that when he was 30 yards up the pitch from where the ball was lost. And SJM showed how hard it is to score a tap-in when a previous player has done all the hard work.

He set the move up allowing the ball to bounce off him 10 yards.

Still not seeing it. How long before Bogarde had the ball in acres of space then passed to Tielemans who then passed to Sancho who was robbed did a ball bounce off Watkins for it to be "his fault" is allowed?

I'll have to come back to you on that when I'm brave enough to look at the highlights again. Right now I've only managed to watch the first half as I'm still extremely pissed off losing the game and seeing those Tarquins celebrate like they've won the league it a bit too much right now.

His 6 yard sitter misses must be up there

Is that his first ever goal for us from outside the box? Fantastic goal, what a way to celebrate his 250th appearance.

xG in the context of an individual chance falling to Ollie Watkins is surely irrelevant. Ollie scores the hard ones and misses sitters....That's Ollie Watkins

Facts.

Only seven players in the league with more goals than him this season now.

Alright for someone who is definitely finished at this level.

94th goal for us. By the end of the season he'll probably be our 12th player to score 100 for the club. Last player to get there was Peter Mac in the early 60s.

Were one of his Brighton hat-trick goals outside the box? Can't think of many others but surely today's was the most convincing. Hit the ball like Smirker and Sexual's mushes were plastered over it. A bit like when Gregory gave Mark Delaney a dressing-down at half-time at Watford in August '99, telling him to stop playing like a "poof", only for Dela to grab the winner with a thundercvnt.
