He was absolutely dog-shit and my post was sent an hour after the win. Wean yourselves off him for fuck’s sake.

I didn’t even see a post from you criticising him. I said he was poor too. You seem to be getting antsy at something that hasn’t happened.

Weird that you quoted me then.

I quoted you because you asked a question and wanted to answer it. I assumed your question was aimed at those countering Smirker’s post. I was confused by you mentioning the timing of your post.

I thought Heaven, a 19 year old rookie bullied him the entire match tbh. He looks like a shadow of the quality player we all saw in 2023-24.

Something is not adding up when dross like Mount has a better goals to games ratio than Watkins this season.

Thought Mount was the best player on the pitch.

Hang on, so there are people who think he played well?

Doesn’t look like it. But most didn’t come on this thread and say it was like playing with 10 men, despite him getting an assist for our winner, when we’ve just beat Man U for the 4th time in 3000 years. Too busy enjoying the win presumably.

I'm enjoying the win but I'm not going to pretend he had a good game nor not mention it when he's once again done very little.

Absolutely, which is why you jumped on the threads of all the other players to comment on their performances as well, showing us all that this isn't a creepy obsession.

That looks awfully like a dig to me.

Better than Rogers?

It’s very apparent that for every ‘decent’ game he has, he has three or four where he’s anonymous. Yes he ‘made a nuisance of himself’ today that lead to the winner but we are largely carrying him this season. I’m gutted for him, and I love him for what he’s done for us but I genuinely think he’s done. His body language itself worries me too…
Summary: I don’t know what we do with him from here on in, but his performances are sliding.

It was clearly about Smirker as he mentioned 10 men.

Has his relationship with Emery changed since the Rashford loan and becoming second fiddle last season?

When we couldn't play through their press today that ball over the top was going to be crucial. It really isn't Ollie's friend anymore. Malen was useless again when he came on.

Ok, apologies for the misunderstanding.

Smirker is correct however. He’s done. He’s a mid-table striker and his creditable hard work has taken him way beyond where he should have been, and all power to him for that, but it’s over now.
