It can't be denied, only one goal in the first five league games.

All Ollie's fault though, as no-one else is allowed to score, apparently.

Not much of an agenda, then...

He's the only striker in the squad. If there's one player responsible for this it's him.

I recall Mr Saunders referring to football as a team game, but I'm sure you know better.

You think Emi Martínez shares the same responsibility to score goals as Ollie Watkins? OK.

You really are becoming quite ridiculous now.

It's so tiresome.

Ollie is the best forward we have had since Yorke.

He should have scored more in 2025 and may well have had we not signed Rashford and had Ollie not been injured for much of this season.

The goal against Fulham was to me a sliding doors moment in our League season along with Buendia replacing Elliot a few minutes later.

Every Villa fan wants him to score more. Bar one

If we played you at centre-half, would Emi still have the same responsibility for goals conceded?

If you think that's ridiculous then you don't understand the sport.

Of course the striker has more responsibility to score goals.

If you're a relative of Watkins tell him to score today please.

If I played at centre-half, the striker would still be more responsible for scoring goals than the goalkeeper.

And I'd have a better return than 3 in 23 so far this season.

Fair play for keeping this going for so long.
But you really need a new hobby.

Think this is one of those things like where 12% of men think they could successfully wrestle a polar bear or with two years of training become an Olympic archer.

Or the recent survey which claimed that 89% of women find bald men more attractive.
