That second Ollie goal was a real classic finish for him. Confidence is so massive, he literally looked like he’d gained a yard of pace.

He’s got a cyst on his knee apparently. But this will mean nothing to Smirker as he doesn’t count a cyst.

:)

Really chuffed for him.  I like Ollie Watkins, and think he's vastly underrated by some folk on here.  Hopefully it'll kick start his season for him - an in-form Ollie will be a huge boost.

Emery is lying and so are the medical staff.

We created more chances for him last night than we had for the season to date.

Delighted for Ollie.

Brilliant first touch to put it in front of him. Striking it off the surface like that, no chance of keeper getting near it. His movement and workrate was phenomenal last night.

A player utterly transformed by that first goal, long may it continue.

But preferably starting short-term.

Maatsen getting wide definitely helped Watkin's last night.

Agreed 100%. An Ollie running towards the goal posts instead of the corner flag is much better.

Great to see the smile (smirk) back on Ollie's face.

I agree plus he had three Brighton players around him.
