Last season he missed so many easy chances this season he is never in position too miss.

No improvement really today.

I think this is it so considering he'll be on decent wages if we can move him on in January and bring someone in we'll be looking much better.

He’s so off his game and it’s really playing on him. He looks sluggish and void of confidence. He’s been like this before, I think towards the end of Smiths reign, but he got his mojo back and he’s been nothing but excellent since Emery arrived. In this current form he shouldn’t be near the first team which is rather sad.

Thought he was fine tbh. Held the ball up, worked hard, won free kicks and throw-ins. Helped protect the lead. If Sancho had played like him we might have had a relaxing last ten minutes.

I think he will start against Brighton as he usually does well against them. Malen back for Arsenal.

I didn't think he necessarily played better than of late, but I thought the energy he brought us made us a better team when he came on.

He looks terribly indecisive though, when he picks the ball up near goal.

Thought he played ok, making us a more balanced side. Rogers on the left and Marlen behind Watkins seemed far better than Rogers playing the second striker. Gave us some much needed energy up top.

Yeah, he was ok when he came on. Thought it was the right sub to make as Buendia wasn't really at it today.

I’d rather have Watkins playing wide over Guesand or Sancho

He did ok when he came on, occupied them more with his effort and running. The issues we have is with the wide options.

All he did was lose the ball and slip on his arse.
